The AOM's IBPOC mentorship program is intended to support the professional development of midwives who are Indigenous, Black and People of Colour (IBPOC). This program is for IBPOC midwives to connect with other midwives, exchange ideas, share experiences, and build lasting relationships within the midwifery community. Sign up today to be an integral part of a dynamic and transformative journey aimed at fostering professional growth, building supportive networks, and promoting equity and inclusion within the midwifery profession.
